fuel tank replacement

I have the box of my truck right now (its getting a new body) and I want to replace the gas tanks and sending units. They are a in very poor shape. Does anyone know of a vendor for new tanks and sending units?

Thanks,
Clint

You can buy the tanks usually at any local parts stores bor about $100 a pop. The sending units on the other hand are a bit expensive $90 a pop. You can get the www.ftepartsguy.com

while you've got the box off, you might want to check the condition of the fuel lines since they're readily accessible. little preventative maintenance goes a long way and beats the heck out of doing it after the box is back on. LOL

Around here most of the Radiator repair shops also carry tanks.

I bought my tanks through one of them when I replaced mine, way cheaper than any of the parts stores were.
