SPEED DENSITY or MASS AIR......ID HELP

I know this is a easy question to answer but I can't tell. I have read all over this site and get conflicting answers. I have a 95.5 F150 5.8L it has the two tubes on the intake also it is still two on the throttle body. Also how do I get rid of the California emissions garbage. I don't live there and don't want it on. Thanks for the info.
