351W junk yard engine to rebuild....

But I want a carbed version and I hear they are hard to find. If I got a 351W EFI what would I have to change? The Bronco I'm putting it in currently has a carbed 351W so I'm assuming nothing needs to be done to the truck. I'd like to put an Edelbrock performer package on the junk engine when it's rebuilt.

You need to change camshaft, and intake.

Why would you have to change the camshaft? I converted a EFI 302 to carb, and I had to change the intake manifold, add the fuel pump eccentric to the front of the cam, bolt on different timing cover for fuel pump, swap distributors, and swap valve covers so the pcv connections would work out. If you have two 351w's sitting there, one EFI and one carbed, swapping necessary parts from one to the other should make it possible.
