302 to 351

Ok everybody,
The 302 in my friends 84 F-150 is starting to go south on him. One thing that he is considering is a 351W instead of the 302 would this be a direct bolt in or what all would be needed?

Sould be a straight swap. The bell housing patterns are the same and motor mounts are the same. The 351W is about 1 1/2" taller than the 302 and also a little wider.

You will have to change the exhaust up front, and also check and make sure the oil pans are the same(front sump or rear sump) or you will have to get a different oil pan.
