86 lincoln 302 efi in 85 f-150 efi ?

I have a chance to get my hands on and 86 lincoln with a 302fi motor
I want to swap out the 302fi in my 85 F-150 4x4 due to the motor being junk. Will this be a Bolt up and go and what other concerns do I need to be aware of Should I change out the oil pan from the one on the truck to the car ? and would the computer from the car need to go along with the motor
