bad bill is starting off with a positive reputation.
thanks to all. went to a diffent dealer, can get the parts,front header1150.6 rear header 197.08. thanks to steve I tried a diffent dealer. steve asking if I had tried a dealer got me thinking. direct ford parts has or can get them. thanks again

big cavitation in headers,maybe an inch missing in places. starch and they powderized.

find someone thats really good with a tig--and have them weld it up--so long as it aint in the machined area for the cooler--no problem----

As long as its not a pot metal alloy of some sort, it can be wielded up good as new. I have repared a few cast aluminum engine parts, and after a few years they are still holding.
