Exhaust fumes inside

Does anyone else have a problem with exhaust fumes being sucked into the van if the back windows are open? everytime i open them i smell exhaust and i get sleepy....LOL nah jsut smell the exhaust ?

large square area at the back creates a vacuum in the area
sucks the exh. right up to the back of the van
