diagnostic port problems

Hey guys this is my first post, but I have been reading the forums for quite awhile. My truck is a 03 F350. I have an SCT excalibrator 2 and the other day I went to load in a file and the tuner would not power up. I tried it on my work truck an 04 F550 and it powered up. I checked all the wireing and connection to the port, nothing seemed to be abnormal. Any thoughts guys I would really appricate it.

wiingnut is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
maybe a bent pin in your OBD II port. Get pin out and check for voltage

I've heard by a few that it shares the same power circuit as your lighter/aux power ports. Check those and corresponding fuses.
