What's up .....
O.k., hers's what I have run across for Saturday 4\26 in Greenville area....
Dawgs on Pelham benefit for a 4 yr. old girl (cancer patient) 5:30 to 9:00 pm
this is not a cruise-in but is a great cause to come by and buy a hotdog or raffle ticket to help her out.
I-85 to Pelham rd. exit, turn towards Greenville and go apx. 2 miles.
Greer State Bank is also having a cruise-in to benefit cancer and will be at the old Winn-Dixie warehouse on Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors. This is the 2nd. or 3rd. year and they exspect a big turn out. Saturday 4\24 from 4pm to 9pm and a rain out scheduled for Sunday 4\27 same time of day.
I gotta get the old truck out so look for the Orange '54 if you get out there.
Have a great weekend, Ed

Hey Ed do you know if they got rained out yesterday?
Hey Wiz,
The benefit at Dawgs went as scheduled last night. Looked like a steady crowd with a good turnout for donations. From what I heard the 4y. old girl was going to come by but her blood count for kemo was too low and she wasnt feeling up to it.
Children should'nt have to bare these types of burdons.
I didnt even try to go the the Winn Dixie Warehouse cruis-in due to the rain both days.
Ed

Glad to hear there was a good turn out for Dawgs. I wonder if the Winn Dixie Warehouse cruise in was postponed? We had a bunch of on and off rain so we stayed home.
