Question 2000 f150 5.4L misfire?

I have a 2000 F150 5.4L 4X4 which is misfiring. The engine light came on with the codes PO171, PO174, and PO302. The first 2 codes are Banks 1 & 2 Running too Lean, and the 3rd code Misfiring on #2 cyclinder. I've replaced # 2 COP and checked # 2 sparkplug. Truck still runs rough, and codes out PO174 & PO302????? I also using starter fluid sprayed for vacuum leaks NONE. Please help me with this problem? Thanks Jim

How long has it been since the spark plugs have been changed? How many miles are on the truck?
