I was reading a thread about egr bypass and someone
mentioned this warranty.
Anyone have info or a link to this?
Whos is eligable? And what does it cover and cost?
Thanks, Howard.

Not sure but it is probably an extended service plan.. They have many variations if you are willing to pay for them..
I bought the 13-point warranty for $1,400 from a local dealer after negotiating from somewhere around $1,150. This is a sales product that can be priced at dealer discretion.

Credit zrt600guy for the following: call 1-800-757-3421, ask for the finance department. If you are getting the 13 point plan (for those before their 5 year/100,000 mile plan is over but with more than 36k miles), you will do "way better" than $2270, see the previous quoted price. It is a dealership in Illinois, good people-and no deductible on the warranty!
Mainly because I just got up, hadn't turned on any lights, and can't type very well. $2,250 was the original price.

Google it and you'll find dealers all over the country that will sell it to you cheap. They make a little money and never see you again. The warranty is a FoMoCo warranty and is good at any Ford dealer so it really doesn't matter to me where I buy it.
I got a quote from a dealer in Illinois for $1,500 and took it to my local dealer to match. He was the one that sold it to me for $1,450 after asking $2,250 initially.
I quit looking after that because I'm happy that my local dealer sold it to me since they know my truck and how hard it works. They can't give me a hard time when/if needed.
I bought it because my truck does work hard and I just can't we it going 200,000 miles without at least a turbo, injectors, or injector pump giving out on me. Just one of those will pay for the warranty.
