Take pictures of all the stroke wiring, label all connections on both ends.
Take lots of measurements, I say this because I think I would swap the wiring harness for the stroke into the IDI truck before I installed the engine.
That way you can stand in the engine bay to run the wires instead of on your head laying on the fenders.
