fuel leak 94 IDI Turbo

have leaking fuel coming from passenger side engine. Its been leaking for quite sometime, but stops when engine is warmed up and running. I would like to fix this problem myself, as I am long ways to diesel mechanic. It looks like the leak is coming from the return line cap, under the Turbo area!! Looks like a difficult place to work on. Do I need to take the Turbo off, and if so, is there a sequence in doing so? I thought I might change out the glow plugs also. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PLC7.3 is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
Not sure about turbo removal.....I would think not. There is very little work area for sure and some have overcome the problem by adapting different tools than normal. For GPs you may have to change to smaller wrenches/socket set.

Hoses/return line/caps are not hard but space again my cause difficulty........

You can swap the return lines without to much trouble with the turbo installed.

Easy job, can be done in under an hour the second time you do it.

First time, budget a little over 2 hours for the job..
