96' e 250 rear brakes draging

Hi friends, great weather down in new orleans today.
My problem is this. I was driving and noticed that the rear wheels were draging hard and started smoking from heat.Got it home quick.
I pulled off the rear wheels and drums and saw that I had a serious oil leak from the axel end seals.brakes were oil coated.
I replaced the seals, wheel cyls.,brake shoes, and a spring kit. Again the problem was still there. Then replaced the master cyl. and bled all wheels till I had all new fluid out of all cyls.,no air and still have the same problem, brakes draging at rear. It seams that the fluid only wants to go one way,it won't return back to the master cyl. I have abs on the rear only.Do you think the abs valve body is bad or its an electrical problem. Thanks

I would check and replace any rubber hoses going to the rear and replace them.
