7.3 swap into 1967

Hi all
I have a 67 F250 with a 352 4spd. Recently tore out the 352 and found out it will need ALOT of machining. But this last weekend I came into pocession of a 1992 International school bus with a 7.3 diesel and 5 speed.
I'm wondering if anyone has done or looked at a similiar swap.
Any suggestons/comments welcome and appreciated.
Thanks
