Double cardan driveshaft in an F150 4x4?

In my manual it says the 4x4 F150 and Bronco both had the double cardan rear driveshaft, are they just talking about the shortbed F150?

Short wheelbases '77 F100s in Australia, but I think they're the same as USA F150s.
