power steering bracket

I am swapping a 351w into a 79f100 ,it came with a 302, the power steering bracket off of the 302 is too short to bolt on the 351w ,I can't find a older 351w bracket that will work with the original pump.does anyone know where i can find an older 351w bracket or is there another solution to this problem . THANKS...

Did you check to see if a 351M / 400 one will fit?

By too short do you mean that it does not come far enough forward to line up with the crank pulley or there is not enough clearance to mount it. If it does not line up with the pulley you can fabricate standoffs to bring it out farther or you could possibly find a crank pulley that will sove the problem, maybe the one from the 302
