Not a good update. Even though I disconnected the injector, fuel still getting in to the oil. When I did oil change, I left it just bellow the minimum mark, and today it is all the way up to maximum. So, now, I think there is something else going on with it, other then #1 cylinder.
Will keep updating, as things change, it may help someone else in the future.

OK, get oil dye, put it in the secondary fuel filter housing. Remove both valve covers, insert paper towels in the drain holes below each injector. If you can power up the fuel pump with a diagnostic tool, it would be better, but if not, turn the key on (it'll only run for 20 seconds or so). Using a black lite, look for fuel leakage from one of the injectors. The paper towels will also show any fuel leakage.

Do you think it is bad o-ring in one of the injectors and it is shooting fuel out in to heads?

I had an Injector clamp get loose on #1 cylinder on my 2003 6.0. The injector slipped up just enough to leak diesel by and flow in to the crankcase. Every time I turned the key on the electric fuel pump was pumping diesel in to the crank case. You can pull the glow plugs out one at a time and turn the engine by hand and find out which cylinder is leaking fuel by. If that is the problem.

You may want to look over the shop manual in the link attached just to make sure the procedure you followed for the previous injector replacement (and the one to follow if you find that it is in fact a leaking o-ring) is what is recommended.

Hey, Mark, thanks for the link. Also, you told me about o-rings in the beginning, but it was pretty hard to believe, as I changed full set of injectors only about 4k miles ago. Will work on it Saturday and will post more updates.

Update (bad news)
Did, what you have said, 7 cylinders were leaking. Replaced o-rings and copper gaskets on all 8 of them and torque to 25 lbs - no help. Same 7 are leaking. Anything else I can do, may be just buy some thicker Napa o-rings and install them?

Update:
Tried Napa o-rings, did not work.
Is it possible that injectors are leaking internally if they were rebuild incorrectly?

You said that you had been doing your own mechanic work, and your torque wrench wasnt well used. If improper torque has been used in previous injector installation, the holddown bolts can be stretched to the point that they wont secure the injectors in the sleeves, creating leaks. From your description, its a problem thats common with all of the injectors. Its very unlikely that you have all of them defective, or all of the sleeves bad. If you dont use a torque wrench every time, with the proper t40 socket (with a long shank) you can be causing more damage than is repaired.
