Passenger side mirror replacement

Ok, today my wife decided that she wanted to test the toughness of passengers side mirror and side of the garage door. The garage door won... So now I've got to replace the whole assembly. The mirror itself is fine, the plastic surround is cracked in a few places. I've got one which will be here on Friday, but can't figure out how to remove/replace it. Does anybody know how to remove the mirror assembly- is it bolted on behind the door panel?? If so, does anybody have instructions how to remove the door panel. It looks like only a few bolts, but are their compression clamps also?

Thanks (and $150 poorer!)

berry1234 is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
You need to remove the door panel. This will reveal 3 bolts, which hold the mirror on.

Thanks for your link! I've got it bookmarked. She has been known to rough up a few appendages on the old Expedition, so I'm sure I'll be ordering some things from you!
