No conversion is necessary for your truck to use biodiesel. How else may we help you?

I have run my 2001 f350 on every level of bio diesel from B2 to B100. I live in the north country and this was in the warmer months of the year that I ran the B100. In the winter months higher levels you will have a jellying problem. There was a different smell to exhaust the higher the bio was. We have neighbors that run B100 all summer in their irrigation motors and ag tractors with no problems.

I am from Colorado and am working in Little Rock AR. I started using B20 about 6 months ago in my 99.5 F-250 and have had no issues with it even on my trips from here back home the altitude +10,000 and cold 0-32F didnt effect the engine in any noticeable way. I have had to change my Fuel filters and noticed more crud in them but the last time they were pretty clean. It also quieted my engine some. I love it but not the price about .10 higher than #2.

Unhappy 2005 F-350

I just had a dealer tell me that you could not use Bio-Diesel in a 2005
F-350 !!??
At over $4.20 a gallon, somethings gotta give.

Give me the real scoop on this issue.

Thanks, for your help.

As others have stated, you don't need to convert anything to run biodiesel.

On the other hand, if you are referring to Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO), then you will have to change some things.

Is that what you are referring to?
