I think everyone is outside scrambling to get post spring/pre-summer things done and over with before it gets unbearably hot. (like myself )
Other than that and brainstorming for FTE Stuff this summer...... I'd call a "planning" meet up this way, but the way fuel prices are I've been running solo and hopefully by this coming weekend I can toss out more ideas and or do some date editing on our previously scheduled activities.
I was actually visiting your fine state last week. We have property in Travelers Rest, so we visit our 'dirt' once in a while. We stayed at a great B&B in Salem (Sunrise Farms) and another in downtown Greenville (Pettigru Place). Visited some friends, hiked some waterfalls, and sat on our land trying to envision what is yet to be....

I'm gonna do that one of these trips, but DW had pretty much every minute planned ahead of time. Seems like we never have enough time! I hope to start building in 1-1/2 to 2 years; then I'll be in SC full time.

Well iirc... I'll be changed from hourly to salary with guaranteed quarterly bonuses (bonuses are to "make-up the trouble of "living" in another country.
I know a while back we were talking about a weekend Santee g2g but I suggested to hold off until the main ingredient for a trip to the lake was there....water.
I went out today for some recon and the water is almost back to normal level and getting much warmer. The fish havent started biting good but maybe by the time we can arrange something they will be.
When would be good for everyone? Since Im so close Id be happy to arrange camping at either the State park or KOA (my vote is the park).
Anyone going to the race in Darlington?
