ntwonline.com has a fitment guide for tires and wheels for the older ford trucks. Click on fitment guide on their home page.

I have 33" on a stock F-150 suspension(check my gallery) with 15" rims. The 285/75R16 are equivalent to a 33" height, so I am suspecting that a 17" rim with a lower profile tire would fit okay?
