Won't start

Have 2000 b3000 4x4 that didn't run, i found the fuel pump was bad and replaced it.That fixed it and drove it for a while and then parkedit for a few weeks and i now have a no start problem.
Ckecked fuel pressure and its fine, can spray startinf fluid and it tries to start but as soon as the starting fluid is gone its back to as if it had no spark,,which it does because with the starting fluid it tries to run.
I have a hanes manual but that is useless,i feel that the injectors are not being energized but the manual doesn't even mention them, little on tell you how too trouble shoot the system..
This is a flex fuel for what its worth,,any help appreciated..wayne

All the air intake system is hooked up as it should be,i just pulled the tube out that is used as crankcase ventalation and shoot the start fluid in..It the tried to start, after that it just like if the ignition system had been disconected, but shoot it with starting fluid again and it tries to start, apparently the injectors are not gettingtheir signals to pulse..i have tried switching the relays around in case it was a bad relay,no dice.
Checked all the fuses within the box as the relay and there all good.are any of the fuses inside the cab related to the efi system?because i haven't checked them as i didn't think a fuse in the common fuse panel would stop the truck,,maybe im wrong?
Anybody got ideas or no if there is something i can check to see if the injectors are gettinf their signal and firing/pulsing,,wayne
