2000 airbag light blinking 36

Hi, I have a 2000 explorer and all of a suden the airbag light started to blink a code of 36 . Got checking alt wasn't charging got that repaired. Light went out a day later it came back on . Was wondering if anyone had an idea ? Please Let me Know.

take the wires under the drivers seat loose and clean the connections... that helped mine. yellow wire especially!

Mine was actually under the pass. seat. Yellow connector. all you should have to do is take apart and blow in the connector. Are you sure the code is 3-6 and not 3-7??

The code is 3-6. I found wires under driver seat with a yellow connector . Started messing with it and the light went out.I'll keep ya posted
