A toilet paper roll holder? A duct tape reel? A really wide roller skate wheel? Oh wait it says right on it, a tight-fit for a press, I need one of those, mine's not ball bearing!

Is that "Tight fit for the press"
or "Tight fit for a press"
That in it's self could have considerable "Bearing/Bareing" on this/in this case of mistaken care. SHHHHHHH I hear some Turkeys, I think I've quaffeled enoughor close to enough, Oh wait it's

If it is not a muffler bearing, maybe it is a rudder for a ducks butt!

My first guess was a pipe with a bearing pressed in the end??? My second guess was some type of tool to eliminate or protect against sexually transmitted diseases?

you guys I wonder what kind of answers I would have gotten if I'd put a picture of the washington monument and asked ???? probably just as lame as these..

although... the duckbutt rudder and the Port Side, Outer, Prop Shaft Skeg Bearing were at least imaginative

Bob & Jon were the only ones really playing and they were right

Article to follow but suffice it to say this is the beginning of the engine stand head

here's the shaft

here's the main part of the head

here's the back end assembled

and here's the family portrait

working on the base design and the wheelhouse and brakes.

more to come...

never again will someone search the internet for engine stand plans and wander aimlessly...

later
john
