Trouble codes
Install my wicked wheel today and went for a test drive with my programer in stock and had no problems. Put the programer on level 2 (Race) and went for a drive(Pretty fast to check it out) and the check engine light came on. Pulled 4 codes from the edge. A p0475, po478, p1282, p1211. Cut the truck off and went for another run without any problems. Then put it back to stock and tried to pull up codes and it says it has none stored. What do those mean?

P0475 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve Malfunction
P0478 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High Input
P1211 ICP Not Controllable — Pressure Above/Below Desired
P1282 Excessive ICP
Sounds kind of like a result of the WW & tuner. You can check to make sure your EBP tube isn't clogged, but the 0478 can also be tied to an overboost condition. I'm hoping you have a set of gauges to monitor things. Have you considered a larger exhaust?
Edit: Now that's just sad. mkmathis76 can post twice before I can spit out one response. Way to go with the quick fingers.

I'm pretty sure its not clogged. Had it at the dealer a while back and I'm pretty sure they had cleaned it out. I have the gauges on the edge and I never saw boost above 18. Was looking more at the road while I was test driving. I installed the wicked wheel for when I get the bigger exhaust. Thinks thats my main problem? Hopefully the wife will buy the exhaust for my b-day!

Sorry, I guess I should have shared more.
KB1 DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) P0475 (EPR)
possible causes:
shorted to power
open/grounded circuit
damaged solenoid
damaged PCM
Disconnect EPR harness connector.
DE17 CONTINUOUS DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE P0478
DTC P0478 indicates an excessive back pressure condition existed during normal driving.
Possible causes:
stuck EBP butterfly valve
restricted exhaust
plugged EBP sensor line
misadjusted EPR linkage
F-Series wastegate turbo may be overboosting
