Question Who makes this air filter???

I bought a carquest filter (in a seroius pinch) for my zx2 escort. I was told it was a wix, it is kinda yellowish so that might be true. I did not see wix/dana anywhere on this box. Is this a crappy filter?? An air filter for my 99 escort zx2

At least the Chow lets you know it is unstable, she just left cheated and called back crying with her appologies.

It's most likely a Wix, I've seen them do white boxes for other manufactures. There is nothing wrong with house brand filters, they aren't as good as brand names some times, but they will do their job.

I use them. They are wix and on the bottom of the box it says dana or affinia? I asked the guy at carquest and he assured me there made by wix. Can't beat the price! I just swap them out more frequently.
