460 Upgrade questions

All,

I Have a '90 F350 460 4X4 that I will be doing some upgrades to and before i do, I need some information.

1. What are the specs on the factory cam?
Int/exh dur @ 0.50 lift?
Adv. Int / Exh duration?
Int/exh valve lift w/fact rocker arm ratio?
Lobe separation?

2. What cams (with specs or grind #s) have others installed with speed desnity with little or no problem to the factory computer? What were the hp gains and torque gains over factory?

3. What is the max lift I can go on a cam with the factory valvetrain before it starts bending pushrods (disregarding speed density limitations)?

4. Has anyone gone mass-air and, if so, what cam did you install after and what were the resulting hp and torque numbers?

5. What are the factory injectors? I believe they are 24lb/hr. True?

6. What would be the maximum cam spec be before I would start having speed density problems and would, therefore, have to go to mass air?

Thanks for your help. I am trying to figure out if I can get the hp and torque I need from speed density or if I am going to have to go to mass air and a bigger cam to accomplish the numbers I am thinking of.

Addition

Also,

Has anyone tried a set of Rhoades lifters? I was thinking, rather than spend the $$$$ for a speed density to mass air conversion, I could buy a cam slightly larger than the speed desnity can handle and then just install a set of rhoades lifters to tame it down on the vacuum on the bottom end and idle. Thoughts anyone???
