Drive safe and I hope to see you there.

Lord willing and nothing go wrong I am driving up early Wednesday morning to visit old friends and get a jump on the Swap meet early Thursday morning . I have heard about the construction coming the west like I will be on I-40 it is probably going to be best to take I-640 East around K-town and then jump back on I-40 East at the other end. If you stay in the right hand lane coming off the ramp you will exit back off on Exit 394 which is Asheville Highway-Highway 11E. Turn right and go down about 3-4 miles and you will be at Chilhowee Park as you come into town you will see Krogers and Walgreens and such. You will come to a little fork where you can go left or right stay to the left. If you take the right fork you will be heading back to I-40. Georgia Viper you can get off I-75 at Highway 321 in Lenior City and come across that way. I think you would be though up to 640 you would be bypassing the construction and "malfunction junction" as they used to call it. IF anyone has a direction need PM me and I will do my best to get you to the park around the construction. Sorry for writing the book just trying to help everyone get there safe and DENT free .

Sharron and I will be arriving tomorrow afternoon and staying at the Ramada at Strawberry Plains right at the far end of the hotel. A dark blue Jetta wagon with Ontario plates will indicate our location. Drop by and say hello. I might even have some Canadian malt beverages left over. I will certainly try to make it to the Jacobs building at 11 on Saturday.

Paul, sorry to hear that you won't make it. I was looking forward to sitting back and relaxing with you over a few Canadian bubblies.

Regards, John
