Engine light :/

Well, engine light came on last night.

Only thing wrong with the truck right now that I can notice is the slave cylinder.

It is screwed, been needing to get it replaced for months now, the truck is barely driveable as there is no clutch pedal...sometimes I have to start her up in gear and leave her in that gear till I get where I am going.


could a failing slave cylinder throw an engine code?

Gonna bring it by tomorrow to get the code read. Drove it today, it seemed fine, with the exception of the slave cylinder issues. Engine light was still on, but I havent tried to reset it yet (a bit shy about tryin to short out the battery cables)
