I recently had a starting problem which resulted in smoke coming from my battery cutoff switch. I am a firm believer in replacing any part other than the tail pipe that emits smoke. So I got a Moroso 2000 amp peak (300 amp cont.) switch, and fed it with 2 ga. JL audio fine power wire. Moved the battery connections to the side to simplify jumping. I don't think I'll be burning this one up any time soon!

My truck had been running rich in cylinder #4 come to find out the injector was stuck fully open. I had replaced all 4 injectors under the intake manifold, I will replace the other side at another time, 5 thru 8 cylinder looks a lot easier then 1 thru 4. my truck is running great right now

Thank you much! How hard were they to install and how well do they work over factory lights?

They were pretty easy to install, plug and play.

Went out and took some pictures today. I'll post up some more if anyone is interested.

Took all the seats, amps and wiring out to pull the carpet. With this hot weather we have had my truck started to have a pungent smell to it when sitting in the sun. Needless to say the carpet is terrible. If I had the time and money for new carpet, I would order some but instead a deep cleaning is the best I can do for now. As long as the smell goes away I am fine...

I just finished putting in a Lincoln Mark VIII cooling fan on my 1995 f250 460. Got tired of replacing clutch fans. I have the low speed come on when ever the AC comes on. I have the high side come on via a sensor in the thermostat housing. It took some work but seems like it is going to work well.

Put on a "new" tailgate panel that I got from ebay. Couldn't find one in any of the wrecking yards, apparently they're a popular item. Traced down a trailer wiring problem and replaced a blown fuse. Checked my spare and found it was quite low on air. Simple stuff, but necessary!

Changed the left front side marker bulb. What a PITA to get the nuts back on while holding up the rad/windshield washer reservoirs... Next time will go faster I am sure. Armor-Alled the dash and washed my filthy truck.

I failed an emission test because the cap on rear tank was bad. I tried to reason with the inspector that I never used the rear tank since it had a hole in it. He still wouldn't pass me.

Thats bs. I was lucky enough that I had an inspector go over the truck and tell me all the stuff I needed to fix. Lucky it was only that and a t fitting that was capped where I need to have a 90 degree elbow

I like the vinyl floor for the ease of cleaning, but I prefer the sound deadening the carpet gives me. Besides with my pressure washer and carpet cleaner method of washing the carpet has no smell to it as all anymore and looks nice and clean. Pair that with some new floor mats and an air freshener and it is like new inside almost.

That sucks. I am glad all we have here is a sniffer test.
