New shoes for Lafawnduh, 33x10.50s and sold the red/silver "parts truck" so the driveway doesn't look like a salvage yard any more LOL

Tasilium, yeah, I love IH. I have more many years now and I agree it is good to see another IH enthusiast. I have been contemplating painting my truck Farmall Red, I really like that color of red. My daughters are not crazy about me changing the truck from black though... The 40/20/40 seats are really nice and comfortable too. I wish that I would have found one years ago. I think if would be neat to make a Farmall Edition truck, like the Harley Davidson Edition. Hmmm, I got some more ideas on that.

I look forward to getting moved into the house we are renting come June. Nice big garage so that I can start picking away at things. Lots of little stuff that needs some attention. Lots of big stuff too, but that will probably be a much slower progress. I have to figure out what I am going to do in terms of the engine. Not sure if I should just try to figure out the culprit of the seemingly tired engine with low oil pressure and then maybe rebuild it. Or swap to a 302 or 351 with SD and have some fun in building it.

They did kind of have one if you bought a red idi it's a little bit of a stretch though

Started some minor modifications to what is going to become my dedicated off road truck.. Removed the running boards, trimmed front bumper, installed some old 33's I had laying around.. Ended up with it looking like this..

Sure, will do.

I went out to start the truck this morning and the starter was dead, got it going with a bunch of key turns and hammering. So I drove to the auto parts store and picked up a 03 SD starter. Thing cranks like crazy now. "if it breaks replace it with something better"

Changed driver's side ball joints and got a wheel balanced. The '87 is now running better than I ever hoped.

The beauty of owning a well-kept, low mileage truck- I enjoyed it, today. My daughter has a horse boarding business, and we had to go pick up some "customer's". I love towing with the V-10.
