Today, I installed a new axle bumper, did a bit of frame maintenance, and laced up a seat support with some 1500 lb Kevlar cord I got on eBay. I had a home made support under there for more than 10 years, but it was never comfortable. It was something of a project to do it the way I did, but I'm hoping this is a permanent fix. It seems much more comfortable, and I do tend to drive distances...

Found out why the throttle was sticking. It was stiff and slow to return and if opened wide it would just stick there. Thankfully the truck isn't running at the moment so it wasn't a Toad's Wild Ride kind of thing.

Moisture had gotten into the pivot shaft causing a build up of rust. Dissasembled, clean it up with fine emery paper, squirted it liberally with Sili Kroil, and put it back together. Works like a champ now. If only if would make vroom vroom noises when the throttle was opened up. But that will come in time.

Gave the old girl a wash a couple days ago and upon waking up late this morning, hauled a$$ to work- the truck didn't skip a beat and I made it on time! So as a bit of a reward (also cause I love my truck) I cleaned it out and gave her a good wash and wax at work when we had nothing to do so she's looking all pretty again.

I barely have time to wash mine when I'm home, let alone when I'm at work. That must be nice

Most of the time we're super busy but during those strange 2 hour periods of no cars we can do our own thing for the most part but must drop it when a customer pulls up. Of course having our own wash bay makes it easier- it's pretty nice I gotta admit

After 8 years of owning my 1992 F250, I finally replaced the radio display light.

Those 37s are fun to put in. /s

Cleaned up the interior and vacuumed the carpet.

Side note: Also replaced all the 194s in my 96 Sable's instrument cluster. Easier to take apart than I thought.

Installed chrome handles, because they look SO much better, more durable too!
I also installed a bug guard, and installed Halo headlights.
I also have some matching taillights on the way, I'll try to get some more pictures soon.

Stock bumper off…aftermarket bumper on. Took the lights off, they look cool, but aren't wired.

Where does everybody buy their steering linkages? I'm looking 4 bills for my D60 swap, ouch.
