Oh - the picture.
Google "photo sizing" and it should give you a couple of choices that are easy to use and free.

zoe will be one year old on the 23rd. blue great dane ~ 120 lbs. and still growing. (cell phone pictures)

Is there something wrong with picture? It was posted within the limits of YOUR website. Yes I use the VSO resizer, it is free and easy.

Nice dane, my neighbor has one in that same color. By far the best color for the dog.
