Okay I just got a Max Energy Programmer for my truck. 2006 5.4l F250. I am wondering what to change on my programmer to make my fuel economy go up?

There are options for tires size and octane, and such. What combination do I need to improve gas mileage?

You need it provide it with the most accurate information possible and let the tuner do it's job. Octane is your choice, for best results though your going to need to try them all. You can retune it to your hearts content, so try every option and log as you go.
