Andrew, you should have been at the last bike show I went to. There was a guy running around there that was riding wheelies on his big couch. Granted is was part of a stunt show, but it was impressive none the less!

You are actually right! I had to get some blank 3/8" thick blank 2" flanges, port the exhaust out to that, then bevel the outer edge of the flange to meet up with the 2 1/8" header tubes. They probably would have fit your TFS heads no problem with their larger port sizes. My issue was the stock head roof mating edge would have been too shallow to keep from constantly blowing out gaskets.

At least they are ford exhaust flange pattern. Most of the uprights as well as higher performance heads are chebby flange patterns. Why I have no idea.

Probably why Chebbie parts are so much cheaper.....
The POS's keep breaking down so the aftermarket picked up on the faullty factory stuff and started building better stuff for them to try to keep that junk on the road! I guess now I know why a set of head bolts for my 460 cost $156, the stock ones just don't break that often, so why replace them?????

37" good years and some fender trimmin.
I can sell you some grade 2 bolts for about $1 each if youre interested. The best part is they are hot dipped galvanized so they wont rust.
I can see it now, I put the grade 2's in, start the truck up and the 1st time I hit the little red button and I launch those pretty painted headers like spears out the top of the truck, with whats left of the heads still attached to them!!
Funny, funny guy.......... That's it, no more porting tips for ya!!!!

Im pretty certain Id trade my dog (everyone who knows me knows that Boss is attached at my hip. Right now hes my footrest under my computer table) before I traded my TFSs for something.

wow, I thought it was a jeep or something at first. Would be scary on a wheeler though.
gators aren't all that scary to floridians.....we see them to much.....atleast where i live...
another funny story.......me and my buddy were out fishing, we were on a dirt road, drive around a corner and run onto a monsterous gator.......dead center of the truck, its actually high centered on the gator.....it had 35's on it......tried backing off, wouldn't move, tried going foward, wouldn't budge (this is in 2wd) were all fine and calm until the gator actually PICKED UP THE TRUCK and started walking toward a ditch......at this point were chittin bricks, started thrashing it trying to get off the gator, at this point the gator was officially pissed, started making all sorts of noises and thrashed under the truck......finally after alll the struggling the truck got some traction and we backed off..........that chit was crazy!!
