How much do you figure that truck would weigh with a standard V8 engine and tranny? 4500lbs? Maybe?
No engine and no tranny probably 3600?
Now shove 2000lbs of motor and tranny in that thing with 605hp and 1355 tq at the tires and see what that MFer would do.
Parasitic loss of 18-20% through an AT you have to figure hes making 700+hp and 1500+tq at the flywheel. Impressive!

Now if I only had a mobo that would support 8 gigs.... or 8 gigs for that matter.

and people wonder why i dont play in the long grass in the swamps. aligators are too tempermental. i got stuck on 95 for 2 hours while they tried to push a couple off the highway. they were in a protected part so they couldnt be captured and removed. i dont think its like that anymore but this was like 12 years ago.

Kris, Weiand pics are up on my head porting thread for ya.
And for all to enjoy, remember these that I got for the ranger:
Cleaned them up, now they look like this:
And this is the color the motor will be:
It's technically Chrystler Industrial Red, but it is the same color as Ford Impliment Red, so I went with that!

So I just took that couch on wheels (goldwing) for a spin after getting back together. those things have some balls. Now if it just lost the 150 pounds of junk on it, it might be fun. Just too top heavy for me, I'll stick with the Superglide.
