thanks fred. i made the mistake of letting my gfs little brothers on here while we have been at the hospital. im not sure what they got into but it runs like crap. plus theres some things i have to reboot the whole thing to get rid of after spending 4 hours on the phone with someone in argentina thats the best they could come up with.

not sure it just runs real slow. and its only certain programs. mostly documents. no anti virus has found it and ive tried 3. no adware or spyware. then i have some programs that cant be deleted unless i wipe the harddrive. for somereason there is no uninstall and it cant be done from the remove program menus.

yeah it is main drive then backup drive. i think its something in the backup thats messed up cuz i just tried to copy my backup disks and it wouldnt let me. imma try and run antivirus on it and see what happens

i am running xp 64 bit at home on one of my test machines and i love it! i wish my mobo would support the 128GB limit of memory XP64 supports!

boot into a PE and uninstall it from RAMDrive! we do that all the time with infected drives.

well its real hard to say right now. I konw the store is goin to auction in about 2 months. I just dont know if we will be getting anything from it. So i really dont know, the chances are pretty good. But if you want i could wait until mudfest. maybe arrange for a down payment or something...
