ebpv ?

i gutted my ebpv and modded my pedestal so the sensor is pretty much useless so can i weld the tube closed and get ride of the sensor all together

im not sure because i havent done that yet but have you drove it yet to see if it made a difference?

Ther's no need to weld the tube, just remove it completely. The tube goes down to a fitting on the front of the pass side manifold. Remove the tube from the fitting and remove the fitting from the manifold. The manifold is tapped for 1/4 npt, so put a pipe plug where the fitting is supposed to be.

With the EBP sensor unplugged a code will show up on a scanner but it wont effect the way the truck runs

yup, just plug the manifold, despite popular belief the ebp sensor has no effect on fueling or performance.
