Sweet Home Alabama...like you've never heard it

YouTube - Leningrad Cowboys & Red Army Choir - SWEET HOME ALABAMA

I haven't seen this posted before, sorry if it's a redo.

My jaw is still slack...I'd love to hear them do "Georgia on My Mind" with a Ray Charles impersonator.

I was just thinking about this the other day. I remember seeing them years ago on MTV (way back when MTV played music videos.) This must have been from a later show because it sounded better than I remember.

Are you kidding me? I loved it. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time

Musically, no, but the concept is hillarious and the hair is hilarious

Acutally, check out some of the other videos....stairway to heaven for example. There is a russian army member on drums and he is rocking out and the guitar solo is not awful.

I'm glad somebody gets this . It's like Elvis had a love child with "Flock of Seagulls"...and then partnered up with the B-52's...

The more I watch, the more I'm really liking these guys...check out their version of "My Way" .

And Stairway to Heaven? I saw Led Zep several times in the '70's, and Stairway live was usually unintelligible. I'm telling you, these guys would be a hoot to hang out with.
