There has been several thread regarding this, but bascially, open the ash tray. Starting at the bottom of the trim surrounding the radio, pull the bottom of the trim outwards. It's just snapped into the dash. It takes a little effort the first time. Work your way up towards the top as the lower pins come loose. You'll need to disconnect the connector for the passenger airbag lite on top since there is not much slack in the wire. You can lay the trim piece aside and remove the radio by loosening the 4 bolts that hold it in. Very easy to swap out. You shouldn't have any trouble.

Changing mine was the easiest it's ever been for me in any vehicle I've ever owned. It took longer to add the wire harness on to my new head unit than it did to open the dash, install adapter plate and close dash.
