My brother use'ta. '77 F150 with a 4" suspension lift, 3" body lift, 36" super swampers, and it had a swapped in 460 and a C6 with a manual valvebody.

It was a pretty sweet truck, too bad he ran it into the ground and sold it.

edit: Say, you're from mannington...you wouldn't happen to know my brother, would you? Brendan Hunt? Seems like he knows people from all over.

We used to have a 77 2WD with a 390cid 4v, C6, 9". Man I miss that truck, would pull or haul anything you hooked up to it. We even pulled the 30.5 foot 5th wheel with no issues other than the cab was a bit small for 3 people so we got the duallie. That damn truck was fast as **it too. I got pulled over the first time ever on a back road in Surry, VA on rte 10 heading to the Scout reservation and running late. The sherriff was more amazed than anything. I was passing 4 vehicles and still accelerating, I know the speedo stopped at 90 mph and I hit that around the second car...

Mine's a '77 with a built 400, C6, 44 front 9" rear 4.56's and limited slip at both ends. 4 inch lift and 35x12.50-16's. Built it for pulling trailers. It will move anything I hook to it. Currently for sale.
Trying to figure how to post a pic.
