Local Car Shows

Hi All, I dont usually post here but I'm real close to driving and enjoying 3-1\2 yrs. of "fixing" my truck. I ran across a car show on the web...Inman S.C. this will be the 2nd. show they have had, block off streets etc... June 7, 2008 they have a web site (loads slow) at Destination Inman A Classic Car Show - Home I'm in the Greer\Greenville area and would appreciate any heads up on local cruises and shows...it's time to have fun! thanks, Ed

I ran into a friend of mine at the auto fair yesterday and he said he's putting one on the last Saturday of this month(26th) at Sears in Westgate Mall from 10 till 2. I'm not sure when the local show at the Beacon starts up or the one at the A&P resturant by you starts either.

There is also one In Santee on the 26th of this month at the outlet mall.

Busy busy... we could really have a busy month! If only these fuel prices weren't getting goofy.

It was rumoured that Simpsonville was having one rather soon. I could have just misheard that for the FWA (w/a car-truck show) that is suppose to be returning to the Heritage Park.

Simpsonville normally has a Labor Day event with a car show included....but if they are having a separate car show at Heritage I would love to know about it.
Heritage park is a great place...might even catch my son and his team playing baseball that weekend...?

If anyone has info on Heritage let me know....thanks, Ed

Ill have to check in to whos putting the show on but I do know its a SC hot rod club if that helps at all. Ill see if I can find out today.

I heard today the Beacon show is starting this month, They do theres every 3rd Saturday. Nothing yet about the one at the A&P resturant there in Greer Ed. Do you know of that one?

Hey Wiz...
No, I'n not familiar with the A&P show....If I can get the shudder in my driveline figured out I'm gonna be up for just about anything that gets me out on the weekends!

I'm going to see a friend that is part of the group that puts on the A&P show today or tomorrow and i'll find out more, The A&P is off Highway 14.

I'm just off 85 near 14.....I need a couple of close shows like that to test the old truck out before the long hauls....
If work allows I'de like to drive to the Nats. this year...was last there in '04 before I tore the truck down.
