Man I just don't think I could risk getting pulled by one of MY friends, they are the type that would take you to the store and show everyone in town before unhooking the two trucks, Sorry that defense mode kicked in a little back there but I never cheat at anything...Its just more of a practical joke between me and whom ever is on the other end of the strap than a competition to me. Quess I have never took it serious, Its priceless to see the look on their face when they get pulled (windsheild to windsheild) you can't beat it.

Sure some may feel using a brake is fair, but I've seen too many people that use this tactic complain about it when it's used on them. So in all fairness, and to see what each truck can truly do, don't use the brake.

True a tug-o-war isn't the best comparison and I've seen similar situations as you describe (hummer/psd), but this is usually chalked up to the better driver and the losing driver being either less experienced or too over confident. Plus the stock tires vs 37" tires, may depend on which truck can hook up better and gain the traction.
I guess thats true. Yeah if you look on youtube long enough you could find enough videos of one truck pulling another to state a case any way you want it.

Once I pulled my Dads samy out of a mudd hole and I just couldn't resist dragging him all the way back to the litle parking area to show everyone what i caught.

All you do in impromptu tug-o-war's and drag races is either break stuff, get tickets or hurt feelings...I'm not saying I haven't ever done one of these just putting it into perspective.
