match your year or the code on the computer.

 

i took the ecu out today and cleaned the contacts, (one side of the had dirt in it and some with a small amount of corrosion.) I sprayed wd-40 on the contacts, put it back together, turned the key, and it did the same thing, chattering relays...but that only lasted for maybe 30 seconds, the realys stopped, and then after a time (~30 sec) the pump stopped, i tried it and it started normally, no CEL. It started and ran fine after that. I'm nervous though, b/c it might not be gone, only hiding again.....

 

drive it for a couple of days and see what happens.

 

jepp. same thing happend to me exept the relay chattering. if i waited 15 minutes.. yes! 15 minutes for the fuel pump to stop running it would run just fine all day long.. drive it like QL2 ssaid.. and start looking for that ECU
