or it was added on afterwards by someone else

my only point was who the heck knows what kind of modifications could have been done by a aftermarket shop, the dealer, previous owner? Etc
someone could have done their homework and did it up right for Cali's laws??

I'll post pictures soon. Yes, the truck was special ordered. I have the docs and I believe the window sticker but not 100% sure on that. It is indeed a very special truck, it was even special ordered in Mallard Green, like the 76 back forrest service trucks.. I'll get pictures up monday.

I would think long and hard about selling this one. Short bed 4x4 with 460 !!! Nice set up . And that it was your Dads,would be hard for me to let go of. I have been thinking about selling my 78 for some time. I have sold it twice to people out of state.Both have came and looked/drove it,left deposits but never picked it up. It would like letting go of a dream I've had since high school reading 4WD/Offroad inclass. My Son is redeploying to Iraq this Dec, and I will be babysitting his 79 Bronco and 08 Mustang GT/CS while he's gone so need the space here. Really think about this. If it's a nice truck it should be worth 10-15K . My 2cents. Good luck.
yea but also he is letting someone else live their dreams by selling it
their are always two sides to a coin
he has said that he wants it to go to a true lover of these old trucks
so it is not like he is wanting to sell it to just anyone
