Radiator Support Bushings

Radiator support bushings are sandwiched between the frame and the rad support and have no relevance to the radiator.
There are a few basic types for different models, most of the after market kits are generic....There is no reason to just replace the rad mounts and not replace the front cab and rear cab mounts at the same time as the stiffer and correct height new front pucks will stress the fender mounting at the cowl. And if there bad the rest are...
The early type is a flat rubber with a steel insert to thread the bolt through and a bottom rubber and washer and nut.
Uni's use the same type of assembly, however the bolt is longer and a captured spring is added on top to assist with frontal twist, movement and stresses. No one supply's this and if the core rotted out the spring also was toasted.
65 and up use a thicker round rubber puck and lower puck with washers.
All were fine thread bolts with a self lock nut.

Fitch you can jack a corner at a time and do the replacment, just loosen all the bolts to allow a little flexion. When you do it also check the cab mount it's self (the metal ) as the pucks can some times crack the steel and allow the puck to inset. And resist the temptation to over tighten them.
