Start a gallery. Give us the link. We'll be glad will answer the questions.

Pictures absent.....you can pick your favorite 1000 words and we'll guess a lot.

If you wonder how to start a gallery, look at the "sticky" (permanent thread) at the top of the forum page entitled "How to post pictures".

P.S.: you should call your truck "BoB'. It's a good name and well respected here.

The VIN is on the Warranty or Rating Plate located on the inside inside of glove box door (thru 1962) and on the top of the right frame rail just in front of the firewall.

After 1962, the Warranty Plate was moved to the left door face below the latch.

dso

Anyone know what "D. S. O. 1" means?

its on the plate in the glove box. Domestic Special Order, but how about the 1. Its stamped from the top instead of raised numbers like the rest on the plate.
