could be the pump or the pressure reg.
you will need a fuel pressure gauge that attaches to the fuel rail
pressure should be at 40 PSI
with engine at idle
should hold this pressure when the key is off
engine running pull the vacuum line on the pressure regulator
the pressure should go up to 50 PSI or more

Low Miles

Wow, what low mileage for a 92. Mines past 300,000 and going strong. Wonder if you'd sell!

Clubwagon is starting off with a positive reputation.
Take the fuel filler cap off and put your ear right next to the filler neck. Then have someone turn the key to the "run" position. You should be able to hear the fuel pump run for about a couple of seconds. It makes a whine/hum sound. You do have to listen closely.

If you don't hear the pump, its likely to have failed. Check the fuses before you replace the pump.
