I think Dutch would do a great job at the National Command position. To make things more efficient we probably need Battalion Commanders in each state or region that also has access to the local phone numbers and contacts, ideally someone close to a major base, since that's where most of the action will likely be.

If we get our own chapter, I suggest we put a sticky at the top of the page that we've all subscribed to with instant email notification. That way if one of us runs across someone in need of help, we can post a link there so the call will go out.

I dislike E-MAIL myself, because of hassles I've had with it. But I will be actively scanning this thread and the Chapter if we are given one.

PM's to me will be reviewed daily, as will the chapter itself and this thread topic.

F350-6, are you open to a local command position (so I assume by your positive response)?

Given our own Chapter forum, I think we can become "FULLY MISSION CAPABLE".

Also SPREAD THE WORD - if you know of military related members of FTE, let's GET 'EM IN HERE!

If there's no one more qualified, I'd be honored to accept the local post.

Number recieved, noted on card. What do I call you? (first name only)

Dallas/Fort Worth is yours if you want it.

What that means, and how it works we can put together as we go.

GLAD YOU'RE ABOARD WITH THIS!

"DOMINOUS OMINOUS"

You are now the Dallas/Fort Worth point of contact.

What that means so far I have no idea yet. We'll have to see how it all works.

What is the nearest base to you?

Sounds like we have at least 47 more states to go (48 if Greywolf can't handle Tenn. in addition to the national command duties).

I just received a PM from "placermike" CL of the Washington Chapter (after sending him one about this idea) He said he'll check it out. Mike would be a great asset. With Bremerton, Fort Lewis, and McCord all in Washington, his chapter should help many.
